John Ford, Chairman of the finance committee called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Clark Hopkins to approve the November 7, 2011 finance committee minutes. Seconded by Kenny Mitchell. Motion passed #1.
2011-2012 Budget-Financial Health- John Ford discussed the current budget and that the Village accounts look to be in good condition.
FY 2012-2013 General & Sewer Budgets- John Ford discussed some of the preliminary budget numbers for the funds. John noted that he would be getting with other trustees to discuss their potential needs for their committees for the next fiscal year.
Future Purchases Allocation- John Ford discussed allocating money in the budget that would be available for future purchases. The committee discussed the possibility of putting the funds in a separate bank account for future capital needs.
A motion was made by Kenny Mitchell to adjourn the meeting at 5:50 p.m. Seconded by Theresa Olsen. Motion passed #2.
