UPDATED! Coventry Farms Residents. Hannah Construction Information.
Hannah Drive Update-May 10, 2021
The contractor is scheduled to put asphalt down on Hannah Drive on Tuesday, May 11th starting at 8:00 a.m. All cars need to be off the entire road and there will be no access allowed until the asphalt is complete. We don’t know exactly how long this will take, so please make arrangements to not have access to your driveway for the entire day. We are hoping it won’t take the entire day. Because of the roadwork, your garbage and Community Cleanup Day has been changed to Thursday, May 13th. This is only for Hannah Drive.

Hannah Drive is closed from 307/308 to 415 Hannah Drive. Please do not move the barricades and signs. The road needs to remain closed to all vehicles until the construction is complete. No vehicles can be on the road as any damage will create more expense and will extend the time of the construction. We understand this is an inconvenience but the road needs to be closed to all traffic.
Thank you for your cooperation.

With the upcoming road closure on Hannah Drive, cars will need to be parked in other areas of the Coventry Farm Subdivision. Some cars may need to be parked on Somerset Drive and if there’s availability cars may be parked at the Coventry Farm Clubhouse. The Village will be posting no parking signs on one side of the road in order to keep safe access within the subdivision. Please lock your vehicles and remove any valuables. The Woodford County Sheriff’s Office has added additional patrols to the area.
Thanks for your help and understanding!

Coventry Farm Residents,
The proposed start date for the construction on Hannah Drive is April 26th. We will look at the weather the week before to see if we need to adjust the start date so it could be modified. Currently Hannah Drive will be closed starting April 26th from 307/308 Hannah to 411 Hannah Drive. Once the base of the road is rebuilt there will be a couple of days the whole road will be closed in order to asphalt the entire road. If the weather cooperates, the road will be closed for 10 days total. We may need to make changes along the way but the Village will let you know as much information as possible, so you can plan accordingly.
The Garbage Company, Post Office and Schools have been notified. The Post Office will be holding mail for the homes along Hannah Drive from 307-411 Hannah Drive at the post office in Metamora during the construction. For garbage pickup days, the garbage cans can be placed on one side of the street along Hannah Drive or Somerset Drive away from the construction area. Please contact the Village Hall at 309-383-2209 if you have additional questions or concerns.
Updates will be posted as soon as possible with some additional information coming soon.
Thanks for your cooperation and understanding!
