The Germantown Hills Athletic Association (GHAA) is an independent, volunteer organization providing youth sport opportunities for our community. GHAA serves 6 rural communities in Central Illinois, about 15 miles outside of Peoria, IL. We partner with the Village of Germantown Hills, the Germantown Hills school district, and a local church for use of their facilities. All of our Board members, sport coordinators, coaches, etc. are volunteers.
GHAA provides kids the opportunity to participate in teeball, baseball, softball, soccer, and basketball ranging from age 4 to 14. GHAA will see annual participation of over 800 sport registrants and sponsor over 1500 games. GHAA offers programs for in-house (recreational) and travel level teams.
The mission of the Germantown Hills Athletic Association (GHAA) is to organize sports programs for the youth in our area that will provide an opportunity for all children who participate to improve their skills regardless of their abilities. All sports programs are developed to promote teamwork and fellowship in a wholesome setting.
